Amo Yamie Crib

Amo Yamie Crib
It is located near CEU Mendiola and San Beda College-Manila, in front of Samson. At Gordi Plaza's 2nd floor, on the first floor you will you find Bon Chon, etc. Being located at the U-BELT, their target customers are students. When we went there, there were students from different Universities such as FEU, UST, CEU, San Beda, AU, NU, NTC, AdU, etc. It was very crowded though the place is very small and can only accommodate few people. They have three (3) different rooms the first one which is at the corner of the 2nd floor and where the counter is, beside it is a laundry shop followed by the second room of Amo Yamie Crib which is their MOVIE ROOM (PHP300) that can make five (5) people fit through they can dine in and rent a DVD of the movie that they want to watch. Lastly is another exactly like the first one but they don't have a counter there. Their crews are very approachable and even though they hurdle because of flocks of people waiting to be served.

When you are caught in a wrong timing where there are crowds waiting outside, go to the first room and get a number. As soon as your number is called you will be given a choice to where you want to sit and make yourself feel comfortable. Get a menu and order by the counter. Wait for your order and enjoy chatting with your friend or special someone. This is not really a perfect place to chill since it is very noisy but it would give you a picture perfect profile photo.

Their drinks range from PHP75-100+, they also serve chips, etc. They have very little space but it's TOO CUTE TO IGNORE and cozy too. Not really a place to study and have some private time but a place to chill and enjoy the drink, don't mind the noise. They have a CHARACTER DRINKS in the menu if you are a bit low on budget yet still want to go and chill there, it only costs around PHP75. Go and visit Amo Yamie Crib and like them on FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/AmoYamieCrib?fref=ts

Love Desserts Banawe

Love Desserts is located along Banawe it is an unlimited dessert buffet that costs at only PHP199 per head. But take note, STRICTLY NO SHARING AND LEFTOVERS. There would be a charge of PHP399 for leftovers. Being a sweet tooth myself we waited in the long line. There are lots of people who go here and enjoy the scrumptious luscious and sweetest ever, the desserts that are here and there. When finally our name was called I was so excited not to sit but to grab a plate and taste all of them. Though the cakes aren't that mouthwatering, the other desserts were okay. What I enjoyed most what their ice creams that I kept filling up my bowl with it.

Isdaan Floating Restaurant

The tribe
Siddharta Gautama
Isdaan Floating Restaurant is few hours away from the City of Manila. It is located at Sta. Cruz, Laguna along the National Highway. Some would have thought of it an a resort but it's more than what you think it is and more than what it actually is. For those who are fond of history and culture this is the place to be. Budget is at around more or less PHP2,000 (actually depends how foodie are you). If you don't have that enough money to save up travelling to Thailand then head out to Isdaan Floating Restaurant. THAILAND FEELS! It is a mixed of Southeast Asian cuisine and ambiance. You dine in a "kubo" but the place is more like you're in Thailand. There is a cultural performance in the middle of the pond. Servers are wearing the traditional Filipino clothing (Filipiniana mostly known now as the Buwan ng Wika costumes). There are those who roam around serenading people, you can even ask them to serenade your date, your family, or whoever. You hand them a tip of PHP20. The boat ride going to Siddharta Gautama is at around PHP20 as well and you can have your photo taken by the boatman.

When we went there we waited for our food for 30-40mins maybe because there are lots of people when we went there. Even though there are lots of servers, though I'm starving, I must consider the fact that I shouldn't get mad at them and scold them for waiting that long. It was worth the wait though; the food was scrumptious though a bit pricey.

Near the comfort room you can find this are where you throw and break glass, cups, plates, etc. on the wall which has several labels such as "ex-boyfriend, ex-girlfriend, neighbor, etc. name them". No, they are not promoting you to be violent. They are allowing to express what you feel and let it all out instead of trapping them inside your heart and die slowly of anger and sorrow. Aside from the uniqueness of the place, people there are kind and approachable as well.

Suggested place for gatherings and birthday parties. Picture perfect for those who love their photos to be taken and for photography enthusiasts as well. They have a huge parking lot and a huge place that can accommodate I guess up to a hundred of guests. But if you are unfortunate, you have to wait for you turn. Have your name listed and for how many pax to the girl at the entrance and wait for your name to be called out. It won't be a boring waiting time because there are entertainers everywhere, unicycle guys, jugglers, and even the waiting area has statues (Erap Estrada, Cory Aquino, etc.)

Sandbox Alviera

SANDBOX: Alviera in Porac, Pampanga

Super fun-filled outdoor activities such as Roller Coaster Zipline, Free fall, Rappel Wall, and Aerial Walk. Unfortunately we weren't able to try out the Giant Swing (since the line is so long and we still need to go to Clark), as well as the Mini Golf and Wall Climbing because it was so hot that they didn't allowed anyone for safety purposes. But what we enjoyed the most was the Aerial Walk which is like the Obstacle course. Super fun!!!

Entry to this huge outdoor playroom you can choose among the packages of what activities you want to try-out but if you're really on the go choose the package that has everything in it; I chose the package that costs PHP600 per head (includes everything except ATV&UTV, Pump Track, and playground). I first tried out the famous Roller coaster zipline, indeed it was one hell of a roller coaster ride with this unique zipline with ups and downs just like life. First, though I was a daredevil I felt nervous since this was my first time, it looked scary at first but was a total fun. Life has ups and downs, you are on your own. It's your decision whether through these ups and down and those in between if you'd cry or just enjoy the ride because in the end everything would be okay.

I was sadden because my shoes doesn't fit the kind of slippery wall of the Rappel Wall; hold on to what's in front of you and let go of what's behind you. The hand that you use would be what's behind and the other in front, slowly let go until you reach your destination and what's always behind you will bring you down.

Yexel's Toy Museum

Learned about this through the internet. For the love of toys my youngest brother and one of my cousins have I tagged them along to a trip to the Toy Museum located at Las Piñas. Like them I was at awe when we got there, the facade was so extremely enticing that really looked like a house of toys. It's a three-storey unit that has load of toy collections from the tinniest to the largest, other are human-sized and there's this one that actually looks like the real Optimus Prime but only it's 1/4 of the whole leader of the Autobots. This is their main attraction that is definitely main and is definitely an attraction. The Simpson's family would be the first one's to welcome you since they are placed by the welcoming area. Entrance fee is at PHP350 per head; as you enter the place be prepared to be amazed with loads of these characters that would give you a travel back through time to your childhood days.

It would awaken your inner childhood and make you feel as if you're a child again. Photo-ops here and there, from super heroes to villains, enchanting fairy tales to horrible nightmares, you can find almost everything here even those that are from other planets. Every step of the way would bring you to a different world. Leave all worries behind and enjoy the fantasy this brings. Per group of visitors you are entitled to be given one tour guide that are ready to answer your queries about the place no matter how random it is.

Lazer Maxx

Too lucky that even for the fact that there was a kiddie party held at the Lazer Maxx Greenhills Branch; we had the whole area to ourselves and enjoyed a one-on-one match. Players are given gears and mechanics are clearly explained. One game costs less than PHP300 per head for 15mins and if there would be a number of player better choose to team-up wit those bull's eye shooters. If not, then you can still enjoy the game but take note that you are prohibited to run. Once the game starts all lights are shut off and only the lazer lights would be your guide, take hold and cover aim to shoot. This is such a fun-filled activity to try out especially with a whole bunch of team; gather up your family and friends and enjoy this target game.
